Starting Primary School - Reception Class

If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022, you must apply for a primary or infant school place for September 2026.

You must apply for a Reception place at Lambeth Council Primary School Admissions. Children who attend the Nursery do not transfer automatically to the main school. You should make your application within the specified dates for that academic year.

Apply on time and apply online! The deadline for applications is midnight on Thursday 15 January 2026. Henry Fawcett will contact successful applicants by the end of May.
